Payment
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment on the website can be made via credit card or direct deposit. Payments accepted in store are cash, credit card, debit card, cheque, money order, or direct deposit. In all cases where direct deposit is the chosen method of payment, We will wait until the funds are received before the order is processed/despatched.
Shipping
Shipping is usually with Australia post however some products may require a courier due to size restriction Australia post has in place.
Goods will be shipped within 7 days with deliveries between 7 and 14 days after.
If an item on your order is out of stock it may hold up the balance of the order from been shipped.
Arrangements can be made to recalculate shipping costs to ship in stock items seperate.
Shipping time from in-store will vary if product is out of stock.

Regulated & Restricted Goods
Regulated items such as Firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, knives, compound bows, propellant powder, solvents and aerosols etc will require Identification for proof of age, and/or appropriate valid firearms license/valid driver’s license.
Not providing this information for regulated products will result in the sale being cancelled, see order cancellations.
All firearms sent must be sent from dealer to dealer. We cannot send a firearm directly to you. Please include your nominated transferring dealer in the order comments or contact us on (07)3800-7950.
Returns/Order Cancellations
We may cancel an order for one of the following reasons:
- Item out of stock indefinitely or no longer produced
- There is an error in the price or product description
- We have reason to believe that the order is in breach of our terms and conditions
We reserve the right to cancel any order. If an order is cancelled by us due to stock availability or pricing there will not be a cancellation fee.
If an order is cancelled by the customer it will attract a 20% restocking and processing fee of the sale price.
If an order is cancelled due to a breach of our terms and conditions it will attract a 20% restocking and processing fee of the sale price. (example: attempt to purchase restricted goods without the appropriate licensing and requirements)
Should you receive a product which is damaged, incorrect or not as described please call us on (07)3800-7950 within 24 hours of receiving the delivery so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Any attempt to use an incorrectly supplied or damaged item will void any responsibility for us to replace the item.
We will cover all costs of return if we are found to be at fault.
All products sold by us are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which in most cases is 12 months from date of purchase. In the event that you have a warranty claim in respect of a product delivered to you within Australia, you will be asked to return the product to us. If you believe a product you have purchased is faulty please contact us on (07)3800-7950.

We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that the information we provide on this Website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this Website or on any linked site.
We will endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date but these may not be 100% accurate as stock levels are not live.
