Description
The ZP-1 Auto Stabilising Mono-Pod can be installed onto multiple firearms by custom fitting additional adapter plates to the butt of your firearm. (Note, one adaptor plate is provided with the ZP-1)
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Important: Ensure rifle is unloaded during installation.
Lubricate screw driver with gun oil. Unscrew existing screws and remove existing recoil pad from rifle.
1. Unscrew ZP-1 cap.
2. Remove insert.
3. Lubricate screwdriver with gun oil, using factory screws mount directly to rifle stock incorporating adaptor plate (if needed).
Reinstall insert and fasten cap finger tight.
ADAPTER PLATE SHAPING:
Lubricate screw driver with gun oil. Unscrew existing screws and remove existing recoil pad from rifle.
1. Attach adapter plate to rifle stock.
2. Scribe/trace around your stock profile.
Remove adapter plate from rifle stock, file and sand to shape. Test and check fit during this process until desired profile is achieved.
